Learn to Dance in Lincolnshire
Gemma Shaw School of Dancing caters for children from 3 yrs + and offers classes in Ballet, Tap and Modern.
Adult classes are also available in Ballet, Tap and Modern.
The Dancing School is based in Brant Broughton Village Hall in Lincolnshire.
Just off the A17, Brant Broughton is easily accessible from Newark, Sleaford and Lincoln.
Nursery classes are also available in the villages of Caythorpe and Ancaster.

school teaches syllabus and free-
Children are encouraged to participate in all three subjects offered at the Gemma Shaw School of Dancing as they are complimentary to each other.
Nursery Ballet is available for girls and boys from the age of 3 yrs + and covers basic ballet steps/moves as well as encouraging imagery and creativity through mime and improvisation.
From 5 yrs +, children will work through the British Ballet Organization syllabus
Children can start Tap Dancing from the age of 3+. Exploring rhythms and tempos, Tap helps develop musicality in all forms of dance.
Classes begin at Nursery level and then follow the BBO syllabus from pre-
Children are welcome to start Tap at a later age and will be graded accordingly.
Incorporating a range of free-
Modern dance focuses on fitness, strength and flexibility, whilst learning steps, exercises and routines to the latest pop songs.
Classes are split into different age groups. Children can start from the age of 5 yrs +.
Adult Tap and Modern classes are available in neighbouring village, Carlton-
These classes are designed to incorporate fitness and dance in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Beginners Adult Ballet classes are available in Brant Broughton and are designed for those with no previous experience.
